Refund policy
We want your new item to feel like the perfect fit for your space. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item. For in-store purchases, returns can be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 21 days for store credit. Please visit our Returns page to begin your return for online orders.

We recommend sending returns with insurance and tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return.

Duxbury Supply Co. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If an item is delivered but not retrieved or returned to sender, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or in the form of a gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is accepted.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are shrink-wrapped must be returned in their original shrink wrapping.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale: Custom orders, made-to-order items, sale items, furniture (except vintage), artwork, and hard-wired lighting cannot be returned.

At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
